Mandarinmorning language Center offers Mandarin training courses designed for foreign enterprises, in order to help foreign employees working in China to communicate with their Chinese clients and co-workers better and improve their careers. Our goal is to allow students to, not only communicate with locals and acquire a better understanding of Chinese business and culture. |

Step 1---Needs Assessment of Client
Our representative will determin with the client requirements for language proficiency of employees and their expected goals and will draw up a preliminary proposal accordingly.
Step 2---Placement Test for Trainees
We will set up a language proficiency test for the trainees,including a written and oral test. Then, according to the test results we will revise the training proposal and divide the same level learners to the group.
Step 3---Course designing
We will set up a detailed course syllabus based on client¡¯s needs and test results.
Step 4---Signed the contract
We will sign a contract with client to ensure the smooth training practice.¡£
Step 5---Teacher arrangement
we will choose the right teacher among them accordingly in order to meet the client¡¯s requirement and reach their training target
step 6---Progress Tracking and Feedback Collection
We collect feedback from trainees and instructor periodically, keep the attendance record, supervise the class content and teaching method to improve training quality and effect.
Step 7---Certification
We will give the students the certification of learning at our school |
