The center has long term cooperation with universities in Shanghai; the Center is relying on them to provide teachers. Most of the teachers are fresh graduated from university started as the Chinese as a Foreign Language trainer assistant. In accordance with the basic trainer, intermediate trainer, senior trainer and Dean to competent training division rating to gradually train the school teachers. All teachers’ first round is interviewed by administrative assistant, then re-interview by the Dean, and finally the principal and department managers for the final interview. Teachers need to go through teaching skills, teaching basic knowledge, media, language (English, French, Japanese, Korean, and German) proficiency, and personality testing strict examination checks at each level. Need to pass everything before hiring.
After hired, there are several days of trial period. Which include pre-service training from the company's administrative systems, teaching records, trainer assessment and need to know basis. If pass, trainer/teacher is able to keep their job permanently.
Academic Department developed annual, quarterly, monthly trainer assessment program, using the information from foreign students’ courses (listening, speaking, reading and writing), and feedback form. The Dean in charge of the examination sheet will strictly give assessment to each trainer.
